AGREEMENT TO ACCEPT RISKS AT MISSOULA TAEKWONDO CENTER ---------------- I have been advised that the potential dangers include, but are not limited to, physical injury by my own actions and potentially those of others. These risks are not only inherent to the activity but are also present as a consequence of the human interaction among participants. I hereby assume all of the risk of participating and/or volunteering in this event. I further state that I will advise my instructor if I feel the actions of others are unsafe, so that appropriate action may be taken. I also recognize that I am free to choose not to participate in any particular portion of any class if I feel unsafe, or for any other reason. I acknowledge that this agreement will be used as evidence of my conscious and knowing acceptance of risk, as well as my willing participation in this activity.
